The selection process will be conducted
fairly by a panel of judges with no discrimination towards sex, race, or special
needs. The Judges' decisions are final.
- What is the contest deadline?
All entries must be post-marked by January 15th, 2012. Entries received past this date will not be considered for the contest.
- What do you do with the rights to the photos that are submitted into the contest?
All photographs of contest winners become the exclusive property of The Mom & Caregiver
and cannot be replicated or copied by any other company or individual without consent
from The Mom & Caregiver. Photographs will not be sold to any companies and/or individuals
for profit. Photographs will not be provided to any companies and/or individuals
for use.

- If I have twins, should I send separate photos, or can I send one with both children
in the picture?
The choice is yours, all you have to do is complete an Entry Form
for each photograph! Just complete entry forms, and send us an email letting us
know that you are entering more than one child. All information is strictly confidential,
and will not be shared with anyone else.
- What are the age requirements?
The contest is open to children ages birth to 10
years old.
- Will you send me back my child's photo?
Photographs will not be returned to you
due to the large number of entries.
- I want to enter the photo contest. What do I do?
Simply CLICK HERE and complete
the Online Entry Form. Follow the instructions from there. Entering is as easy as
1, 2, 3! Couldn't be easier!!
- Can I enter more than one child?
You sure can! All you have to do is complete an Entry Form and $5 fee for each child! Just complete entry forms, and send us an email letting us know that you are entering more than one child. All information is strictly confidential, and will not be shared with anyone else.
- Do I need to send more than one photo?
No, only one photograph per entry.
- Do backgrounds, props, or costumes help?
Sometimes - if it adds to the overall impression
of the child's photo. However, too much costume or too much makeup is not preferable.
Ensure that your child's face is not obscured. Please note professional photographs
will not be accepted.
- Who will see my child's photos?
If your child places in the contest then your photo
will be published in The Mom & Caregiver as well as this Internet site and possibly
in The Mom & Caregiver promotional literature.
- Who can enter?
The contest is open to children ages birth to 10 years old.
- Can I enter over the Internet?
You may submit your child's photo to us via the entry
form or print the entry form and rules, sign and mail in with your entry fee. NOTE:
Make sure you enter the image name in the entry form, and name the photo with the
same name. If is not clear enough for judging we may request (this is optional)
a photo be mailed in. Please get a good scan and be extra careful when sending it
in. The Mom & Caregiver can not be responsible for poor quality images received
on line.
- Where can I check to see if my child has won immediately after judging?
When the
contest is over winners are notified by telephone. Photos and a list of winners
will be published in The Mom & Caregiver Magazine and on this site.
- What happens if I win?
Winners must sign the photo release form. This enables The
Mom & Caregiver to post your child's photos on this site and in our Magazine.
